The book of ACTS concludes with the story of Paul's arrest and his journey to ROME. He speaks to Rulers and holds meetings in his own house (under house arrest) in Rome for 2 years. The book is a highly selective summary of a great many events taking place over many years.
66 Paul was particularly concerned for the conversion of his own Jewish people: his strategy of preaching first in the synagogues is believed by many to be due to the likelihood of his being excluded from them following preaching in public to the Gentiles in the city.
